Myrna Holdredge has a passion for her art as well as an obviously fine eye for design. Her interest in painting began quite by accident while living in the midwest as she was "entering another phase of her life" several years ago, when a friend mentioned that she knew of a faux painter who was in need of help. Myrna met with Jennifer Johnson, Faux & Design, LLC, one of the most acclaimed and sought-after artists in Kansas City, MO and Overland Park/Mission Hills, KS after having agreed to meet her on the job site with no previous experience other than having painted her own walls from time to time. An instant bond was formed and she was hired on the spot as Jennifer's assistant and trainee.
Working for and training under Jennifer's expertise and tutelage was a once in a lifetime opportunity and a rewarding and gratifying experience that enabled Myrna to carry on and launch her own business and new career when she moved to Arizona in 2003. She still receives assistance and invaluable advice from Jennifer who consults with her via e-mail whenever a need arises.
Her love for working with a variety of products and colors, always experimenting to create new effects as well as enhance the standard and traditional favorites, is surpassed only by her commitment to perfection which is attested to by her clients' satisfaction
Testimonial . . .
"I'm so glad I hired you, instead of a couple of guys with paint brushes.
It's so clear you're a perfectionist and have very high standards; so
fabulous
in this day and age. I'm doubly glad, because I had actually considered
doing it myself, but certainly couldn't have come close to the professional
job you did. We are very much looking forward to having you back to do more
work. Thank you so much for your good work; you impressed us greatly".
